's review on this trainwreck of an episode, I thought it would be funny to see a frog character reacting to it. Given the scenes where Ren tortures that poor frog. And since Kermit was the only famous frog character I knew well, I thought I would draw him. Really, who else doesn't consider the Adult Party Cartoon canon?Kermit the Frog (c) Jim Henson

Yeah seriously, Ren torturing and abusing animals and insects, but mainly that poor frog?! THIS IS BEYOND HORRIBLE AND TRAUMATIZING!!! IT'S NOT EVEN FUNNY!!! And right off the bat, you can even tell that the title card for "Ren Seeks Help" is gonna haunt your dreams for the rest of your life. This is Ren at his worst as it is NOT the Ren that we know and like, and Stimpy's crying in the beginning is so very annoying and irritating, although we can feel sorry and have sympathy for him.
Not to mention Ren has actually been this way just because he was slapped as a newborn infant upon being given birth, which is nonsensical. If it was because he was abused by his parents or bullied at school, either way would've been more understandable about this behavior being installed in him. Also when Ren's father (who was voiced by John Kricfalusi's own biological father Michael Kricfalusi) scolds him for his abusive nature, the parents were going to punish him, but however, they gave him a chainsaw instead of a gun to end the poor frog's life. And the ending where that poor frog takes his own life away by a self-inflicted gunshot wound?! That is extremely disturbing and even more beyond horrible and traumatizing. Same can be said with Ren killing Mr. Horse after the latter insulted the former by calling him "crazy" and also when Ren killed this one animal catcher by biting his hand off.
Overall, "Ren Seeks Help" is a horrible, awful, traumatizing and unfunny episode of a very infamously horrible, awful, traumatizing, disgusting and unfunny cartoon. If only a time machine is invented, I would travel back in time and prevent Ren & Stimpy "Adult Party Cartoon" (along with the crappy modern cartoons that we had throughout the middle and late 2000's decade and early 2010's decade on Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon and Saturday Morning cartoons) from ever existing. Besides, it even lasted for ONLY ONE SEASON and 3-6 episodes, so it shouldn't even exist. There's absolutely no reason or excuse for Ren & Stimpy "Adult Party Cartoon" to exist.
